About Heritage Properties

Heritage Properties was originally established in 1986 and has grown into a trusted, family-run business, now operating as Heritage Properties (East Midlands) Ltd.

We own and manage a diverse portfolio of properties, ranging from modern two-bedroom apartments to large-scale industrial parks. This breadth of offering enables us to cater to a wide variety of residential and commercial needs.

We pride ourselves on maintaining strong, positive relationships with all our tenants. This allows us to respond promptly to individual requirements and to adopt a flexible, pragmatic approach to commercial negotiations.

Our commercial properties are typically leased on full repairing and insuring terms, providing clarity and structure for both landlord and tenant.

Residential properties are let under periodic tenancy agreements and are fully compliant with the Renters’ Rights Act introduced on 1 May 2026. In addition, all of our properties meet a minimum EPC rating of C, ensuring an appropriate standard of energy efficiency.
